clang only spawns one thread

I used the following command:
clang -fopenmp -I/path/to/omp.h -L/path/to/libomp.so test.c -o test
I only get one thread when I run test, for example it yields:
Hello, tid = 0
Hello, tid = 0
number of threa...

Compile error with gfortran-4.6
...ode in gfortran 4.4 does not occur any problem.
When compiling the code in gfortran 4.6, an error message appears.
In other compilers the error does not occur.
A small example.

Set the number of threads using openmp with .C
