The next task in runInstaller is the Cluster init with the configuration
assistants, this is where oifcfg fails (according to
$ORACLE_HOME/cfgtoollogs/configToolAllCommands).
This is in $ORACLE_HOME/log/itchy/client/oifcfg.log, whenever I (try to)
use oifcfg (even with -help)
