Some further step...
It's samba-tool itself that locks the file before calling tdbbackup.
Running "samba-tool domain backup offline ..." spawns "tdbbackup -s
.copy.tdb /var/db/samba4/private/secrets.ldb -r", which gets stuck.
Running "tdbbackup -s .copy.tdb
