Noticing a strange issue, i'm not sure where this lies. Further to this problem. It only occurs ar 22050 mono. 22050 stereo and 44100 mono works. The normal icecast (version 1) can't stream ogg, if you want to to this, you need icecast 2 (which has just the name icecast on the xiph cvs server.
