Hi, I am running Asterisks on Public IP with Fedora Core 3. What is the recommendation for making Linux secure on the Public IP since I am new to Linux. Which Firewall should I use? Hi, I am just trying to figure out how to setup a TDM04B card for incoming/outgoing calls. I have 4 lines, which are provided as a rotary trunk group, currently hooked into a Nortel system, which asterisk will replace. I have setup a Dell 1800 (Tower) system with the TDM04B card, which seems to work. The question is how do I set it up that all 4 lines are part of a trunk group, such that

...alls are going out through alternate Zap-trunk. I do not see any hit (sip-debug traffic) on the voip-gateway for the failed calls. Strange thing is that this is happening randomly, half the call I make are able to get through the SIP-Trunk. I will really appreciate any input/suggession on this. Obaid.
