Bash script to mark all mail read in Maildir + Dovecot

It seems to work, but I'm relatively new to IMAP and Maildir. Can
anyone spot any potential problems? Thanks.

vignette typesetting issue
...reparing a vignette, and I am finding that LaTeX ties (that is,
the tilde symbol, "~", used to tell LaTeX not to make a newline
in the output), are appearing as actual tildes. This is not desired behaviour
for me. Thus the PDF includes things like this:
". . . taken directly from~Oakley (1999)....".
[this typeset as "taken directly from~\cite{oakley1999}..."].
I do not want the tilde to appear in the PDF file.
I do not want to remove the tilde symbols because then latex would
be free to make a line break between "from" and "Oakley", which

Any clues?

sshd key exchange security
I was reading https://weakdh.org/sysadmin.html
They also have a very interesting paper as a PDF.
Anyway it appears that most ssh servers, when using DHE key exchange,
use the 1024-bit Oakley Group 2 and there is suspicion the NSA has done
the pre-computations needed to passively decrypt any tls communication
using DHE with that particular prime group.
They recommend setting the following:
KexAlgorithms curve25519-sha256 at libssh.org
I don't even see that directive in my sshd...

Special dhcp options and PXElinux
Hi
I am trying to enable my dhcpd and pxelinux setup to use a specific
config file for a booting client. I have read the pxelinux page for
this (http://syslinux.zytor.com/pxe.php#special) but still seem to be
encountering problems.
When running the dhcpd with the '-d' debug option the daemon sees the
DHCPDISCOVER from the client and then core dumps. On the client side

Xen 3.0.2-2 + linux-2.6-xen-fedora
Did anybody have success in setting up xen 3.0.2-2 with a newer kernel
than 2.6.16? I ran into the same LVM problems as mentioned before on
this list (not being able to lvremove a snapshot).
Now I''m trying to get the 2.6.18 running from the fedora repository (
http://hg.et.redhat.com/kernel/linux-2.6-xen-fedora ) but I didn''t have
any success so far. The xen hypervisor binary

convert count data to binary data
Is there a way to generate a new dataframe that produces x lines based on the contents of a column?
for example: I would like to generate a new dataframe with 70 lines of data[1, 1:3], 67 lines of data[2, 1:3], 75lines of data[3,1:3] and so on up to numrow = sum(count).

Can we disable diffie-hellman-group-exchange-sha1 by default?
Also, how are default moduli shipped with OpenSSH for use in
diffie-hellman-group-exchange-sha1/sha256 chosen? Are they chosen
randomly by developers or are they chosen for security properties? If
they are random, why not use moduli from RFC 7919 instead, like
Mozilla recommends?

Automatic start with SuSe linux
Hi!
I'm trying to start asterisk at boottime. Since SuSe has no rc.local like in
Redhat linux, I need asterisk starting script to /etc/init.d/rc3.d -directory
(I assume it is like that if i want automated asterisk startup).
Do you have any experience how this is implemented in SuSe, and if you have some
useful script for starting asterisk, I would be very, i mean VERY pleased?
Thank you all

IOMMU and AMD 890fx
Hi,
All the reviews for the AMD 890fx chipset reported that it supports IOMMU
v1.2.
But I cannot find any mention of that on AMD site.
Does 890fx support IOMMU?
Do 890fx motherboards with IOMMU exist?
Does Xen support 890fx?
Regards,
Leonardo
