I'm fiddling with Ruby and its IMAP class. I'm trying to write something which (at this stage) can be thought of as a variant on xbiff which doesn't need poll the server to establish the presence of new mail... I'd like to establish a notification when the contents of a folder changes... which is likely to be when a different IMAP client moves a message into a new folder.

However it would be very useful if I could install and execute Wine entirely on a detachable (encrypted) hard drive so that it does not (and preferably cannot) write to another disk? ...ut having a few niggley problems but no follow up. I tried to email the guy but the mail address is bouncing. I'm not having much luck finding any of the archive recommended channel banks cheap in the UK. I really want to try and get someone that someone has already had success with (being a numpty). Please can someone take a look at the attached file which shows the output on my machine of zfs list -r -t filesystem,snapshot -o space rpool/export/home/matt The USEDDS figure of ~2GB is what I would expect, and is the same figure reported by the Disk Usage Analyzer. Where is the remaining 13.8GB USEDSNAP figure coming from? If I total up the list of zfs-auto snapshots it adds up to about 4.8GB,
