T100P + Zap Errors
I am having some difficulty getting a T100P card to work with my PRI.
When I attempt to make an outbound call via:
exten => 1004,1,Dial(Zap/g1/NPANXXXXXX)
I see the following on the asterisk console:

Sip 1.4.x DTMF detection not working
...have a setup where i have 2 asterisk servers connected over the public
internet with plenty of bandwidth, NAT on one side only. If i use IAX
between the two *'s dtmf is flawless. If I use SIP, DTMF detection is around
30% or less. I have an exten to dial into and check DTMF:
exten => NPANXXxxxx,1,Answer(); (actual number blanked for privacy)
exten => NPANXXxxxx,n,Read(userChoice|ogm/intro|4||1|4);
exten => NPANXXxxxx,n, SayDigits(${userChoice});
exten => NPANXXxxxx,n,Hangup();
When i dial in and use IAX between the servers i always get all 4 digits, If I

Trying out a new version with sangoma card
...laying around.
I did a test this weekend and pluged in our PRI in that test server. I never
got succeded to have a call trough. When I dialed in, the call is "hanged
up" with :
Channel 1/1, span 1 got hanup, cause 6
Spawn extension (ael-default, s, 3) exited non-zero on
'DAHDI/i1/NPANXXXXXX-2'
Hungup 'DAHDI/i1/NPANXXXXXX-2'
Here's my dahdi/system.conf :

Polycom 4.1.6 BLF/URL Dialing

To further confuse the issue when the call pickup option is presented
it's presented in the manner of a URL call sip:ext at pbx. Not the normal
PSTN caller ID: NPANXXXXXX. However URL dialing is disabled.
