Deleting for() loop in function
Dear UseRs,
I wrote following function in order to solve Data Envelopment Analysis.
Reason for posting is that the function is slow when nrow(dat) is large.
I wonder if other functions could substitute the for() loop in the
code, such as mapply().
Can anybody help to rewrite the dea() function as efficiently as
possible?
The code is as follows:

Error when checking a package.
Dear useRs,
I am trying to build my package (nonpareff) which deals with some models of

The building worked well, but checking complains when it tests examples.
Zipped nonparaeff.Rcheck is attached.
Following is the log.

nnet function
...lly normalize the X and Y matrices before
the training, or normalization should be
done by the user.
2) I need to understand the $wts matrix. I do imagine that it is a single
column transformation of the two
matrices of weighs (input to hidden Ninputs+1 x Nodes) and hidden to output
(Nodes+1 x Noutputs).
Thanks

[llvm-xray] llvm-xray cannot log every functions
Hi there,
I have a problem using the function call tracing tools that is designed in llvm tools set. My aim is to record every function call that a program makes when it run. However, for whatever reason, a simple matrix multiply c program that I wrote cannot record all the function calls that happened when the program run.
Here is the program: matrix.c
#include <stdio.h>
void
