Hello, If the phone of my colleague rings, I can see this with BLF-lamps on my Snom IP-phone. I would also like to see *_who_* is calling. I would like to see the external number on my screen so I can choose whether to pickup the call with BLF. Therefore I have in sip.conf : notifycid = yes With this setting on, I see on my screen : 10 --> 10 10 is the internal extension of my colleague. But how can I see the external number that is calling in ? I would expect to see : 10 --> 3221234567 3221234567 being the external number I would like to know about. This is what As...

Would anyone happen to have some examples of polycom configs, specifically the 650 with sidecar for blf. I have the asterisk side all configured since I've set up blf with other types of phones, but I'm missing the polycom side. I've put together a <mac>-directory.xml, and the sidecar now lists numbers as speed dials but does not subscribe to blf.

Hello, On a Asterisk 11.12.0, I'm studying BLF behaviour with Yealink phones. My ultimate goal is to present Operator the name and number of every incoming call so that he/she can if it's worth to pickup a ringing incoming call. I've discovered notifycid option in sip.conf. When a call comes in, I can see that Asterisk is sending two successive NOTIFY messages while the target is still in Ringing state. Hi again! With the "call pickup"-function I can now pickup a call directed to another phone in my Asterisk. Very nice. My problem, now, is that I can't see on my phone, that the other phone (in another room) rings. Is it possible to signal the incoming call on other extension? I use two phones "Thomson ST2022".
