Issue with child process exits
...e revealed the following:
In serverloop.c there is a signal handler defined for SIGCHLD as follows:
static void
sigchld_handler(int sig)
{
int save_errno = errno;
debug("Received SIGCHLD.");
child_terminated = 1;
#ifndef _UNICOS
mysignal(SIGCHLD, sigchld_handler);
#endif
notify_parent();
errno = save_errno;
}
As far as I can tell the primary purpose of this method is to set a value
for child_terminated which is referenced by the following method:
static void
collect_children(void)
{
#ifndef HAVE_NETWARE
pid_t pid;
sigset_t oset, nset;
int status;

Call for testing for 3.5 OpenSSH
OpenBSD tree is heading into a lock and this includes OpenSSH. So we are
winding up for a 3.5 release. If we can get people to test the current
snapshots and report any problems that would improve the odds that your
platform won't be broke for 3.5.
Issues I know off of right now.
1. I can't test NeXT. So I TRULY need someone in that community to test
for me. Last I heard there was

with a number of major new features and many bug fixes.
Snapshot releases for portable OpenSSH are available from
