libomptarget code owner.
...s here. Does that mean that everybody agree on appointing George Rokos to be the code owner for the projects/openmp/libomptarget source tree? If so, can we have kind of formal approval so that the code_owners.txt file is updated and questions on libomptarget go to the right person then. BTW, the nominee was discussed at the libomptarget developers meeting, and people do agree he is the best candidate. Georgios Rokos from IBM has agreed to be the owner of libomptarget source, so I would like to nominate Georgios Rokos who is a major contributor to libomptarget. 2007 New Zealand Open Source Awards
Anyone using CentOS to do open source things in New Zealand? If so ... nominate yourself here for the 2007 New Zealand Open Source Awards. The best I can tell ... New Zealanders are the organizations / people they want for nominees. The CentOS Project has no (to my knowledge) developers in New Zealand, but if some of the organizations there are using the product, maybe they can nominate themselves and CentOS for awards in some of the categories. http://www.nzosa.org.nz/ Thanks, Johnny Hughes -------------- next part -...

Centos for Interested Children
Today, an enthusiastic 10 year old boy asked me about Linux. I thought of telling me to go to centos.org but then realised there is nothing on centos.org for complete beginners to Linux or for children. If anyone has the time, energy and interest, perhaps a basic technical introduction to the Centos version of Linux would be a good long-term objective. Let's catch the children's

best way to submit enhancement code
Greetings, I've got some feature enhancement code that I'd like to feed back into the main project, but to date I've had a hard time of it. I've written openssh at openssh.com and added a ticket to Bugzilla to no avail, and now I thought I'd pass it by this list. Mainly what I'm wondering is: 1. Where is the best place to submit patches for feature enhancement code
