Bind to eth1 only problem
Hello, I am trying to setup a samba server as a pdc bound to eth1 only (testing network). however I still seeing samba bind to eth0. I am running a debian unstable box... any ideas? do you need anything more to go on? Samba as ADS Fileserver
Dear All I've been working at building a file server to provide file sharing for a Windows 2003 Active Directory Domain. Our requirements are for the Windows Server Administrator to be able to create all the users' home folders in the Samba share and apply restrictive permissions. Ie. AD integration: "getent passwd" can't see *new* users, but "wbinfo -u" can
I have two different systems (on different networks) showing this behavior. Both are running Ubuntu Dapper/606.1 LTS with samba version 3.0.22 and windows 2003 sp1 servers (not R2).
