has anybody gotten horde working?
Hi, Horde seems to be quite the problem child. It sorta kinda looks like session handling is entirely broken. kronolith will let me in, but not for long. Then I get "invalid token" and am bounced back to the home screen. imp won't let me in at all. This behavior is completely broken: I get a log in screen and a message in /var/log/messages about not being authorized for IMP (which

Re: Flash plugin for CentOS
...and go to a time zone, I want to see the seconds go by (without having to click to refresh). Can you help with that as well? Perhaps one FAQ could cover both the Flash plugin and Java. Vsftpd vs. iptables firewall script
Hi, I'm currently setting up a local FTP server, to receive disk images sent with G4L (Ghost4Linux). This server has been running Slackware Linux before, and the Vsftpd setup was relatively simple. With CentOS things seem to be slightly different, so I'm currently trying to work things out. For the moment, two things seem to be creating problems, the simple iptables firewall and

RE: CentOS digest, Vol 1 #137 - 12 msgs
...d.org/pub/pure-ftpd/releases/binaries/redhat/ You'll probably want the "i686" version. Install the rpm package (you'll need to be root to do this): # rpm -Uvh pure-ftpd-1.0.19-1.i686.rpm And that's it. Signing key for recent x86_64 CentOS-3 updates
(reposting 'cause I sent the last one from a non-subscribed address) Hi there. I tried "yum update"ing my x86_64 CentOS-3 box today, but the packages won't install and yum claims I don't have an appropriate signing key. I've been happily doing updates all along (last time was Oct. 12) with no trouble. The key ID used to sign the x86_64 packages is 219180cddb42a60e

Alternative architecture CentOS 3 builds?
Hi there. Although RHEL 3 is available for several different architectures, CentOS appears to only be available for the i386 architecture. Are alternative architecture rebuilds outside the scope of the CentOS project, or is there some other specific reason for that? If one wanted to rebuild CentOS for, let's say the AMD64 architecture, would that be a difficult process, or is it just

iproute2 and kernel 2.2.x NAT
Hi there. I''m trying to implement NAT on a 2.2 kernel using iproute2 according to Appendix C of the IP Command Reference that comes with iproute2. We''re also moving to a multiple uplink configuration which complicates things a bit. The kernel is 2.2.27-rc2, built with the various advanced routing options (except for large routing tables) turned on. It seems to be working
