Hi,
I'm using redhat 8.0 samba-3.0 and smbatool-0.8.3. when i run smbldap-populat, i get the following
errors
[root@samba root]# smbldap-populate
using builtin directory structure
adding new entry: dc=nijacol,dc=net
failed to add entry: Already exists at /usr/local/sbin/smbldap-populate line 384, <GEN1> line 2.

having problems with samba 3.0 with net groupmap access ldap
...d not able to
join machines to the domain so I used ldapsearch and net groupmap to see what?s up with the ldap server and it came up with the
following errors. Could somebody please tell me what to do I?ve been on this project far too long.
[root@samba samba3]# ldapsearch -x -b ?? -s base ?dc=nijacol,dc=net?

problem with ¨net groupmap¨ and ¨net groupmap list¨ command
