Hi group
I have been toying with samaba for a while now and I only manage to get it

Here is what I have so far:
1. Samba installed and running. Share have been created. Samba macchine
is named Linux
2. On the samba machine, smbclient -L Linux

Permissions issue 3.0.2a
Hi,
I have two users (one is me), connecting to the same directory tree on a
Solaris box, for simplicity using smbclient for Samba 3.0.2a. In this
tree, group permissions are set to rwx for a group that we are both in.
I own some dirs, my colleague owns others.
If I log in, I can put a file in any directory in the tree. If my
colleague logs in, he can only write to directories that he owns.

Time out failure with mvfs on Linux

file system, I have no known problems. We use ClearCase on Linux and I
am trying to access my workspace (view) as I have done many times before
on Solaris, but now we are running on Linux and with a newer version of
ClearCase
