Help with ANOVA
...ackground in either R or statistics, but have been pointed in the direction
of doing ANOVA and then multiple comparisons on the data to give me the
information I need. I was wondering if some of you could help me out. What
I want to do is to do ANOVA on a data set like the following:
ID G1 G2 G3 NG1 NG2 NG3.................
A 4 3 2 5 4 3
B 5 3 5 4 4 2
C 3 3 2 2 4 4
........
There are many more rows and columns, but basically each G or NG equivalent
has replicates and these are found in every A, B, or C. What I want to do
is run ANOVA on this large data set, then be able to use a multiple

...o these errors and all system goes to
single-user mode :(
Computer is Soekris net5501, with 6 network interfaces (vr0-vr3 on
board, em0 and ath0 attached). Only vr0 and vr1 are used, but adding
fake addresses to vr2 and vr3 doesn't help at all.
Also, mpd5 creates two NG interfaces (ng0 and ng1) on startup to connect to two
providers.
But previous installation (on faster hardware) doesn't show these
errors at all!

Dear R friends:
Can someone help me with the following problem? Many thanks in advance.
# Problem Description:
# I want to write functions which take a (character) vector of dataframe
names as input argument.
# For example, I want to extract the number of observations from a number of
dataframes.
# I tried the following:

[PATCH nbdkit 0/9] Create libnbdkit.so
This creates libnbdkit.so as discussed in the following thread:
https://www.redhat.com/archives/libguestfs/2020-March/thread.html#00203
test-delay-shutdown.sh fails for unclear reasons.
This series starts by reverting "tests: Don't strand hung nbdkit
processes" which is because several other tests fail randomly unless I
revert this patch. I didn't investigate this yet so it

How to detect telco Message Waiting Indicator (WMI)
I'd like to be able to configure Asterisk to detect and respond to message
waiting indications from my telco, as I'm using the telco voicemail as a
fallback in case the Asterisk line is busy, Asterisk or it's server is down,
etc. Detecting either the FSK (preferred) or the stutter-tone, would allow
Asterisk to notify me that there it missed a message. I see periodic

Rebuilding and re-checking of downstream dependencies on CRAN Mac build machines
I have two questions about the CRAN machines that build binary
packages for Mac. When a new version of a package is released,
(A) Do the downstream dependencies get re-checked?
(B) Do the downstream dependencies get re-built?
I have heard (but do not know for sure) that the answer to (A) is no,
the downstream dependencies do not get rechecked.
