What package contains ifconfig?
I don't have ifconfig on my new installation of CentOS 5.6, but it is on
my server in the cloud. What package contains it?

EPEL not working ... is it just me?
...and found some things to try like "yum clean all" and I
even deleted the rpm database based on advice from one site, and then
rebuilt it from scratch. But nothing.
