AMI Newstate Ringing events -- Inconsistent caller id ?
Hello list, I'm observing what I believe to be inconsistent behaviour regarding "Newstate" AMI events for the "Ringing" state. As such I come to you asking for experience or advice: am I wrong or should I file a bug ? I present you a short introduction which I feel is relevant; however, if you want to go straight to my technical question, please scroll down to...

[PATCH 00/13] code refactorings for tools
Hi, this series does a couple of code reorganizations/refactoring in code used by tools: the windows path handling code, and the two types of file editing (using editor, and using perl expression). There's still a code duplication between the two variants of file editing, but it is just within a single source, and can be easily solved now (planning as next step). Pino Toscano (13): edit:

AMI ActionID.... Doesn't work
...for example, it looks like the only events that come back with an ActionID associated are the initial response, OriginateSuccess and OriginateFailure. That's it. No other events have an ActionID associated. This pretty much makes the AMI useless. What about all the other events? Newcallerid, Newstate, Link, Unlink and REALLY importantly the CDR events. Really... someone please tell me it's fixed in 1.4? Thanks, Doug. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo! ChannelStateDesc: Ring ?
Hello. I've experience a rather surprising behaviour of the AMI 1.1 > Event: Newstate^M > Privilege: call,all^M > Channel: SIP/XXXXXX-089c63b8^M > ChannelState: 4^M > ChannelStateDesc: Ring^M > CallerIDNum: XXXXXXXX^M > CallerIDName: YYYYYYYYY^M > Uniqueid: 1256089773.59^M Usually ChannelStateDesc gives me 'Ringing' but sometimes it only gives me '...

AMI Queue information about incoming call's channel before link
...rmation about incoming call _before_ queue member answers it. I'm using static members (queue is pretty simple) and don't want to use chan_agent (I think AgentCalled event will do what I'm looking for). Here is what I'm getting now: 1. Newchannel event for incoming call followed by Newstate and Join. All these events can be identified with uniqueid 001 2. Newchannel event for outgoing channel to queue member followed by Newstate State: Ringing => that's what I need. But this channel (of course) has another uniquied 002. 3. Link. That's the place where channels are get bridg...

Hi, This series of patches contains the second part of an initial implementation of the IEEE 802.1Qbg standard: code for the exchange of VDP VSI TLVs between a host with virtual machines and an adjacent switch. VDP profiles consisting of mode, mgrid, typeid, typeidversion, instanceid, mac, vlan can be given to lldpad with lldptool. A way to deliver profiles to lldpad from libvirt using netlink
