i do not use ldap or kerberos by now. i've apllied the XP reg patches. now,
i get the following (german, sorry) message:

using samba with sssd
...of LDAP-source. But for samba I can't
find a solution working too.
In future I should like to use a thrid source which is not in my own
hand. In this way merging my own LDAPs in one server is not a solution.
Has somebody a advice?

Stupid beginner
Hello
I'm a biginner on samba and mailinglists. But I desperate need same help.
After updating my samba 2.2.1a to 2.2.2 I can't logon to the domain
again. The log.nmdb gives out this information:

kernel driver prevents supend to disk since 3.7 series
Hello,
3.7.x kernels prevent my laptop with Optimus VGA from suspend to disk
with an PFIFO write fault in PCOPY0, see kernel log below.
During the 3.6.x upto 3.6.11 suspend worked without problems.
lspci -v info of the VGAs is attached.
What may I do to debug this further ?

Strange delay in syscall close() on a large ext3-filesystem
Dear Mailinglist,
this morning I had a very strange problem with my SuSE Groupware-Server SLOX
4.1.
The webmail-access was very slow and even with thunderbird the access to my
mailboxes was not okay.
