Networld Interop, Vegas 2006
Does anybody know how big a presence Asterisk and/or Digium will make at Networld Interop this year? I have a part-time guy that is building an Asterisk system for us (in a proof of concept fashion before we do a full switch to it) that I would like to take, but I don't want to waste his time if it is going to just be a "yeah, try our product" booth and no...

which webserver to use in production?
Apologies in advance if this ignites a war of comflicting opinions.... I''m a few days away from going live with my first RoR application. It is completely database centric and each user will have his own queries so cacheing will not really help. I have a dedicated linux server being built by my hosting provider and I need to tell them which webserver to use. The databse is MySQL

id3v2 problem
Hi Josh, I found id3v2 didn't work on v1.1.0. I checked source codes, macros- (in such cases as FLAC_HAVE_ID3LIB) ware moved to config.h. That is good. But the place to do include is the after of #ifdef FLAC_HAVE_ID3LIB. The result of configure script isn't reflected. And it doesn't always have id3lib with this. Move place of 'include "config.h"' to the top. I

Off-topic: Rails hosting
All, I''ve been looking switching hosting providers, and have been strongly considering TextDrive. Doing a little Googling turns up a fair number of complaints that seem to be centered around server performance, stability and uptime. Since I know a poorly written app can contribute to all of these, I thought I''d pose the question to all of you. Does anyone here host

Rails based price quote system
Does anyone know of a Rails based Price Quote system? Something where a company could keep track of price quotes they''ve sent out to potential customers? -- Posted via http://www.ruby-forum.com/.
