Hello Everybody, we got new networkprinters and set them up. They work fine, but driverupload doesn't seem to work. We deleted the drivers used by the printers we had before. My question is should I also delete the .tdb files associated with printing? I remember driverupload once worked well with the printers we had before. Any advice...

But if i go to the controlpanel of a ms-client (NTsp6a or W2k sp4), go to printers, new printers, choos networkprinters,click next button I can't see the printers. Also I can't see my samba server. When I try to switch between printer in an appliction like Word, it tooks a very long time. Somtimes it seems that the aplication crashes. I'm not sure, but do these problems belong together? Hello Jim, I've installed samba-1.9.18p8 some months ago. Everything worked find till yesterday. My PCs went in a similar problem as yours. If I want to connect to a Networkprinter (my samba is the printserver for the PC) it takes a verly long time (10 Minutes) till I get any response from my printer.
