Short demo CD image
...ne of these missing files are crucial or somebody would
have noticed sooner. However I thought I should report this just in
case somebody is suffering from these read errors. Perhaps the full
image exists somewhere but wasn''t properly uploaded?

LSS-16 perl scripts and Unicode
...O as Unicode. I can work around this automatically by
adding "no encoding;" to the top of your scripts, or manually by setting
LANG=en_GB.
I didn't notice anything about this in your Changelog up to 2.00, so I
figured you may like to know.
