Hi, Folks -- I'm setting up an Acer Aspire 5250 as a Christmas gift, CentOS 6 netinstall insists on trying to configure wlan0 but I'm using a wired DSL connection, consequently netinstall fails and only offers the option to Retry. Trying to specify the "installation source" in the configuration of netinstall for centos 7 (7.1). Three places on the web said mirror.centos.org/centos/7/os/x86_64/ But that configuration page probes, then it says, "Error setting up base repository". What's the magic needed? It contains the packages on the media. Netinstalls grab the latest versions of the packages. If you do a netinstall, and then a yum upgrade after rebooting, nothing needs to be updated.
