Unable to see linux box in network neighborhood
Hello All,
Could someone tell me why I can't see my linux box (nermal)
in network neighborhood on my NT Workstation or 95/8 machines
here is my smb.conf:

...ed to know the command and the process of adding a samba share....
I can access the computer with the samba server but i can not see the share,
am i messing somthing for the global config?...

with the parameters in smb.conf

Access Denied Message
Hello all,
I'm very very new to linux and samba so hopefully I am describing my problem
correctly.
I have set up ldap, slapd and samba on my linux box and now I'm trying to
access it from my windows xp pro client. If I connect to the samba server
using security=user and do it as a workgroup it is fine. However if I want
it to authenticate the client to join a domain I get "Access
