G723 pass-through and codec negotiation
All, Our users have a softphone client that supports the G723 Codec which we want to use for bandwidth reasons, however we do not wish (or have the funds) to license the codec on our Asterisk servers. Yes, but then negotitate is going on, which user is send back from samba to windows? ( withing the smb protocol ?) And keep in mind user "guest" also disabled in windows side... load balancing 20 asterisk servers
I've read several other emails and pages on the wiki but none give any deffinate answers. if you have 20 asterisk servers each with 4 pri's, all running RealTime Extensions and RealTime SIPBuddies from the same MySQL server, what prevents you from putting all 20 servers behind a single load balancer?
