I'm using winbind to do the authentication & that seems to be doing the
trick in the first instance - if I log in using Squirrelmail I see
entries written to the system log saying:

I have set Dovecot to log to /var/log/mail and in that I see only three
entries saying:

Nested matchers
We''re encountering a failure with Mocha 0.5.6.
We had this expectation:
game_version.expects(:attributes=).with(:game_file =>
kind_of(GameFile), :game_id => @game.id)
This expectation was passing with 0.5.5, but fails with 0.5.6.
I added this test to parameter_matcher_acceptance_test.rb, which
passes in 0.5.5 and fails in 0.5.6

generating random covariance matrices (with a uniform distribution of correlations)
...enPositiveDefMat in the "clusterGeneration" package but even when picking

Any recommendations on how to generate the desired covariance matrices would

get it working as the config is slightly different from that on many of
the googled guides (many are debian/ubuntu based). The darn config file
lives in /etc/sysconfig on RH/CentOS rather than /etc/default as
mentioned in all the guides I found!
Anyway, happy to write something if you feel it would be useful (below
is a summary of my notes to give you an idea)

Nice work Alain
Hey Alain,
Nice work on the updated admonitions here:

IMHO they look great, and a nice improvement on the previous set.
Thanks for the hard work making our wiki pages look great!

Amavisd Howto
Hello CentOS Docs People!
I recently used the Amavisd howto to setup a couple of mailservers, which saved me from hours of searching online and reading novels of documentation. Since Ned is taking a little break from the Amavisd page, I would like to help contribute. There were a few things I'd like to add, like GTUBE/EICAR testing and SELinux config lines.
My wiki username is WilliamFong. I'm frequently on Freenode IRC as either "seekwill" or "will"....

Troubleshooting on OS X
...the endpoints go to dpserver001 for now). My windows box can
ping the linux box, but not the mac box. The linux and mac boxes can't
ping anyone except the server. That works fine for my usecase, but just a
notable limitation for anyone else who is tinkering with this stuff.
Thanks again!

CPU Limit in Centos
A few years ago, I vaguely recall some issue with RHEL needing a special license or something like that, if you had more than a certain amount of CPU's or a certain amount of RAM.
Does Centos work fine for 2 CPU's, 16 cores, 32 threads, and 256 G of ram?
Centos6 specifically.

SOHO colour laser printer recommendations
Hi List,
I'd really appreciate some recommendations for colour laser printers for
use with CentOS. It's for light home use with CentOS 5 and CentOS 6 systems.
Must have:
1. Colour. Quality not that important as mainly for kids school project
type of stuff.
2. Ethernet connectivity - want something I can plug into the network
3. Cheap running costs - don't want to be spending a

*How to become root*
Many commands can only be run as the root user so to run these commands
we need to become "root". To do this, we use the su command (substitute
user).
The su command takes the following format:

FAQs
...ies, one on
the main site and one on the Wiki.
Main site FAQs: http://www.centos.org/modules/smartfaq/
Presumably it would be preferable if there was just one, and as the main
site FAQs seem old, plus Akemi and I both have edit rights to the Wiki,
we would propose to add missing content contained in the main site FAQs
onto the Wiki page as necessary making this the most complete FAQ
repository.
Does anyone have any thoughts or objections to this?

Seeking contributors for Lustre User Manual
In hopes of improving the quality, coverage, and currency of the Lustre
User Manual, I''m putting out a call to the Lustre community for
contributors to this important resource.
The user manual is especially important for new users to Lustre, but has
fallen into some disrepair now that there is no longer a dedicated
