WinXP Roaming Profiles - Samba 3.0b1 Problem
Hello, My company has decided to upgrade everyone from win98 to winXP. So, I've begun the process of setting up a test network to test samba with winXP before the XP rollout begins. Correct behavior for home drives?????
Hello all, In getting ready to roll out samba 3, I came across some behavior that may or may not be a bug. My clients are mixed win98 / winxp. Roaming is enabled as we frequently have interns that do not have a dedicated computer. printers unreachable in samba 3.0.2?
Hello, I'm currently running print services on a linux/cups/samba 3.0.2 machine. It seems that every now and again a group of users complains that they are seeing a windows error message telling them that they are unable to connect to their printer, and that the printer may be offline or is unreachable. Samba 3.0.2 & Exchange 2003 / Active Directory?
My dilemma is this. My company is in the midst of doing some moves. Our network will be merged with another section of the company. They are completely MS servers, while all my servers are running linux / samba.
