Dear R users given a numeric array (a sequence of reals), I am interested in finding the subsets of sequences (each with start and end index) which match a given sd range. I read the docs on match and which and the "see also" but could not come up with a way. I could loop with a stepping window over the sequence but that would be limited to a fixed size window, I guess I as well

As a test of my overloading I decided to try and and call t.test on two vectors which were objects of my class rather than the default class. The overloaded length I wrote seems to work correctly. I am so happy about learning how to read in multiple Excel files, that I have to try and make another improvement. I know what I have been doing is clumsy, but it works. Hopefully, someone can suggest a more elegant solution. As a novice, I have been using MS-Word and mail merge to write my code. I start with about 2 pages of code, and end up with 2,220 merged pages that I copy and paste into R.
