An idea: rsyncfs, an rsync-based real-time replicated filesystem
Recently, I have investigated FUSE as an option for implementing something
like I proposed to this list in April, 2005 (instead of inotify).
Just yesterday, I submitted some patches to the mysqlfs-general mailing
list that improve mysqlfs a bit. With a little more work (which I may or
may not do), using mysqlfs (a FUSE filesystem) and mysql replication, one
can achieve a real-time, one-to-many, over-the-network replicated

Question about stubborn RPM
Hi,
I've made mysqlf a RPM and installed it.
After that i did what i shouldn' do: remove the files it installed.
Now, i wnat to install it agai and i can't.
Already rebuilt the rpm database ( rpm -vv --rebuilddb), used --force,
--replacepkgs, --replacefiles, --justdb, --erase, --initdb, but no good.
Been at rpm.org, but found nothing that i already know.
Any help would be

Anyone using fuse and/or sshfs under Centos 4.4?
Hi
A search of google failed to show any prebuilt rpms for sshfs and fuse.
I do see that fuse support is in 2.6.14 kernel which isn't a whole lot of
help.
Before I dive headlong into this has anyone successfully built fuse/sshfs
against Centos 4.4.
If so would you share your experience?
