ODBC Connection failed
Hi,
im trying to get an odbc connection to work. Its no problem if asterisk an
mysl running on one machine. When i try to set up an external DB it won't
connect. External connections to the db are possible (bind-address = 0.0.0.0
and the user asterisk is allowed to connect from each ip). The password in
the config is the right one i already double checked it.

Call queue design issues and suggestions
...le to use AddQueueMember with
Agent/xxx, or just with real extensions? The main problem with this is that
there would be no way to globally logoff agents (if real extensions had to
be used) from all the queues they are logged in to.
My current idea is to use agentcallback in combination with a php/mysl
interface. This of course would require realtime queue configuration. The
user would use agentcallback to login, and the web interface to choose the
queues he/she wanted to join.
The customer also wants a way of seeing which queues the agents are logged
into. This could also be run from mysql back...

CDR Mysql adaptive Colum
Hello folks, i installed asterisk 1.8 from repo:

I installed asterisk-mysql pacakge from debian repo.
The cdr in mysql is working, but i can not get cdr adaptive colums are not,
i use this in my extension.conf
exten => s,1,set(CDR(teste)=${CHANNEL(audioreadformat)})
And is not working...

[Asterisk 1.6] Mysql cdr addon doen't write full channel infomation when disposition is Failed
Hi All,
Currently i'm facing with a cdr issue, When i originate a call (outbound
call) to uncorrect/unregistration user, asterisk inform me that call was
failed but in mysl-cdr (cdr-csv also) records.

Problem with realtime SIP
Hi Guys,
We have just set up Asterisk (CVS Head) for a realtime enviorment using
MySQL & Asterisk Addons.
I have populated the "sip_buddies" table with the same information that
is came from our sip.conf, however registration seems to fail for the
softphone we have set up.
Does anyone have any idea as to what I should be looking for here? I'm
not getting any error messages
