best ordination method for binary variables

However, do you think this is a wrong approach? After reading the
literature and previous posts, I noticed that non metrical MDS (via isoMDS
or metaMDS) could be a more correct choice.
The problem is that, when trying this methods, I immediately get problems

Typical error messages are
*"Error in isoMDS(DistB, k = 3) : zero or negative distance between objects

{long} smbd maxes CPU when returning user details and loops...
...itwill pause for about 60 seconds before returning the list of Windows

During this 60 seconds smbd has maxed one of the

time, then you
enter your password, you wait a long time, then you get
your prompt. If the server is doing
anything else when you attempt to
logon PAM times out before it gets the user details
back!!!
There is nothing unusual in the samba logs so I strace...

Unable to read group information from repositories.
This is a problem with the generation of your install tree.
Reboot
So now what? Is there something I can just extract from the isos?
(remember I did that rsync).
Is this caused by running
