canonical correspondence analysis
Is there an R function that does canonical correspondence analysis. Can it be done using the VR function corresp()? If not, how hard it be to write R code to do it? Is it possible to convert a data table in "R" to an octave scale (as done, for example, in the MVSP multivariate stats program)?
