Very Slow!

Windows box (XP, 2003, 2008, MacOS) it estimates more than 4 hours to copy.
However, if I FTP to the server from any given client I can move the whole
file in less than 2 minutes...
I?m not a Samba expert, so anything is helpful at this point!!!

Can not set SPN errors (again)

error" when I do a net ads join. I've used this user account (me) to join
many Samba 3.5.6 servers to the domain.
Config file and log are below. Anyone with any ideas??? I'm in a
