General mixed effects Cox models
...RAN. This function fits very general mixed-effects Cox models using an lmer-like syntax. For instance here is a model that fits a random treatment effect, using data from a multi-study collaboration. fit <- coxme(Surv(pg.time, pg.stat) ~ stage + trt + (trt|site) + stata(site), data= multicolon) The program allows for multiple random effects, and differing variance structures for them. It currently has a fairly simple vignette showing how to use the package; I'll be improving this to include more examples over the next few months. Terry Therneau Mayo Clinic _____________________...
