Launching a Debian Xen Guest using a nfs://.../preseed.cfg -- the config is not found/used ?

I'd like to setup a preseed-based autoinstall.
I've created a first/simple preseed file & made it available on an
nfs:// volume.
Reading @ (are there better / more recent docs?),
