QEMU emulator version 5.0.0 (Debian 1:5.0-14)

I’m already discussing that on qemu list:

But I’d like to track that issue in multiple directions.

Ok, this is an intentionally backwards incompatible change in QEMU 5.0.0.
So you're out of luck until libvirt changes to using "-accel&quo...

Bug#622814: klibc: patch to make klcc play nice with multiarch linux-libc-dev
...e this path when
searching for headers. It should be safe to apply in Debian today, in
advance of linux-libc-dev switching to multiarch, so I'm forwarding it for
your consideration. (And it sounds like Ben is keen to switch l-l-d over
soon anyway: http://lists.debian.org/debian-kernel/2011/04/msg00338.html)
Note that when linux-libc-dev is switched to multiarch, another patch will
also be needed to fix a build failure in klibc.
Thanks,

R vs Matlab: which is more "programmer friendly"?
Hi,
The department of economics at our university (Budapest) is planning a
course on numerical methods in economics. They are trying to decide
which software to use for that, and I would like to advocate R. The
other alternative is Matlab.
I have found comparisons in terms of computational time for matrix
algebra, but I don't think that is relevant: the bottleneck for
economists is usually
