Re: virt-builder and Ubuntu 16.04 Xenial no access issue
See the workarounds for Debian 8 & Ubuntu 16.04 here:
https://www.redhat.com/archives/libguestfs/2016-October/msg00099.html
I tested password changing and that's working fine.

Great! Thank you so much!

Working fine without any changes? Strange, it didn't for me for both Debian
and Ubuntu images.
Thank you.

What does this "C" mean?
$ man rpm
doesn't (seem to?) mention anything about it.

virt-builder and Ubuntu 16.04 Xenial no access issue
Hello,
I created an Ubuntu 16.04 Xenial guest using virt-builder(1) with
# virt-builder ubuntu-16.04
-o /var/lib/libvirt/images/ubuntu-16.04.qcow2
--size 10G --format qcow2
--firstboot-command 'dpkg-reconfigure openssh-server'
--arch x86_64
And imported it to libvirt with
# virt-install --import --name ubuntu-xenial --ram 2048
--disk

[PATCH v2 0/1] tools: add '--blocksize' option for C-based tools
From: Nikolay Ivanets <stenavin@gmail.com>
This patch depends on changes in 'common' sub-module posted here:
https://www.redhat.com/archives/libguestfs/2020-February/msg00099.html
v2:
Almost the same as v1 except '--blocksize' option description is moved
into a common submodule (similar to key-option.pod).
v1 was here:

[PATCH libguestfs v2 0/3] daemon: Fix various commands which break on NTFS-3g compressed files.
v1 here:
https://www.redhat.com/archives/libguestfs/2020-March/msg00099.html
This one fixes most of the points picked up in review, and does not
strdup the strings which should keep down memory usage if that is a
concern.
