[PATCH v2] file: Normalize errno value for ENODEV
Fix issues Eric found in the original patch:
https://www.redhat.com/archives/libguestfs/2018-July/msg00072.html
- When handling ENODEV, the caller is expecting EOPNOTSUPP to trigger
fallback.
- ENODEV should be ignored in file_trim.
Tested only on Fedora 28 and RHEL 7.5.

Looks like 3.8 is not ready to download
This is just a heads up that 3.8 does not look ready to download.
There are 3.8 files at the CentOS mirrors, but the files (including the
iso images) are constantly changing or disappearing. It looks like
the hard-working diligent CentOS workers are making some last minute
changes before getting CentOS 3.8 out the door. I presume that
there will be a posting made to this list when 3.8 is

BARK implementation (or specification) error
...reference decoder to use the greater precision of double throughout.
Otherwise, for information, I have been looking into the differences between the output of Tremor and the output of the Vorbis floating point decoder reported in the following post:
http://www.mail-archive.com/tremor at xiph.org/msg00072.html
Where floor1 is used the RMS differences are already small: about 0.7
However with a couple of trivial modifications I have been able to reduce the RMS differences to about 0.1
The big problem is that where floor0 is used the RMS differences are *enormous*.
I have investigated these and they...

The delays on CentOS 5.6 are causing EPEL incompatibilities
There are significant components of the upstream 5.6 release which are
stuck behind the CentOS 5.6 release process, but are now incorporated
in EPEL 5 components. In particular, the "php53" package is now
necessary for the "drupal6" EPEL components, due to the long out of
date PHP 5.1 in the default upstream vendor's codebase.
I see that some of these components are
