Front End for OggEnc
I'm a little bit of a python programmer - I'm working on it. But, before I go and spend time writing a front end for OggEnc, is there already an existing one? Any URLs would be nice ;)

RedHat forks OpenSSH?
It has just come to my notice that Redhat is planning to ship a
forked version of OpenSSH. The change goes beyond the usual
patches applied to RPMs in the build process: Redhat have built
their own OpenSSH tarball and are using that in their source RPM
instead of the official release distribution. If you are
interested, have a look at the openssh-3.9p1-7.src.rpm from the

Dual-ISP Masq
I know this is a FAQ and that it''s been discussed much before, I''m just
looking for a few key things.
I need to setup our gateway so that traffic FROM a range of IPs is sent
out, masqueraded, via a new cable connection.
I''m running 2.6.9.
Am I going to require any of the CONNMARK patches or other patches from
http://www.ssi.bg/~ja/#routes? I''m really not sure

setting gateway in interfaces file
I tried to the new GATEWAY option in
/etc/shorewal/interfaces file but it didnt work. My
network setting consists of 2 ISPs line and i would
like to have eth0 to connect to for example,
192.168.15.254 while eth1 connected to 192.168.33.254.
I restarted shorewall and nothing is wrong. However,
the traffic still goes to the default gateway as shown
in "route -n" command. For example, i

IIRC, one of the defendants was DVDCopy.com. At least in the New York
case. Hard to claim they were porting the code...

The rates are in arbitration, and I doubt they will come out anywhere
near that amount. It just isn't feasible, even for large companies.

Port redirection on standalone pc to pop3 proxy AV scanner
G''day all.
I''m trying to set up Clam AV scanning of incoming POP3 email to my
Thunderbird mail client; I have a standalone laptop with a 56k dialup
connection to my ISP.
I can''t seem to get port redirection working: I''m trying to redirect
incoming POP3 mail from my ISP''s mail server to p3scan which is
listening on 127.0.0.1:8110 and will do the AV

Long Shorewall Startup Times Revisited
Hello,
With reference to the problems listed below. I too am having
incredibly long start up times. I''m talking minutes here (around 5
minutes).
My configuration is not complex I don''t think. We are you using ldap
too and the settings are bellow. The network is up as I''m restarting
shorewall whilst the machine is running.
Any suggestions? Is there no way to
