Bug#658100: xl: hangs in qemu-dm when trying to run PV domU

kernel boots (and then kernel itselfs correctly fails with information that root cannot be mounted).
(ignoring spurious information/error "kernel is not a bzImage: Invalid kernel",
and another - already reported - bug which was solved by simply 'mkdir /var/lib/xen')
