[PATCH] drm/nouveau/gr/gf100: Log info message when loading external firmware
Any comments? I also think for developers, it's good to be able to see from someone's dmesg output whether or not external firmware was loaded. Unless there is some other way to do that without this log message? -- Dan On Sep 17, 2016, at 02:04 AM, Dan Moulding <dmoulding at me.com> wrote: In previous versions, it used to log an info message when loading external GR firmware. xxx_kex possible memory leak?
Howdy, I'm working on porting the portable version of OpenSSH to the Nucleus RTOS. So far I've had a great deal of success. However, I've run into a possible memory leak, and I'm not sure whether I need to write my own cleanup function for it or not. The xxx_kex global (defined in sshd.c) seems to not get freed. I've had difficulty finding a cleanup routine for it. I've

What is Multi-layered-Access control
Many PBX's based on the Asterisk code refer to this in their feature list. Its taken off of the Asterisk.org site. Where is this used in Asterisk? Is it in the extensions.conf, is it used when logging into the console, where? How is it used? Is this referring top contexts in the dial plan? GLM FITTED VALUES TABLE
Hi all I have the following generalized linear problem. In a study of allergic responses, patients arriving at a clinic in Groote Schuur hospital were tested for sensitivity to a number of substances. Three of these were moulds: Cladosporium (C), Alternaria (F) and Aspergillius (T). Their level of sensitivity was measured on the Rast Scale as: 0: not allergic 1: mildly allergic 2 or more: allergic The data is supplied below. The analysis is fairly straight forward and I understand how R solves the prob...

Updated moduli file in OpenSSH 3.8
Hi, Can anybody briefly explain the significance of the updated moduli file? Is this a critical update? Should all existing installations update their moduli file? Thanks in advance, -- Dan

Comments in read.table
I know it is possible to use the character "#" to comment lines in script files. Is it possible to give an argument (just like skip) to the fuction read.table to avoid reading commented lines in data files. I want to use this function to read a table in a data file like this #------------------------------- x y z #my data begin here 1 2 3 12 3 4 1 0 1 # no comment !!! 2 3 5

Rhino Channel Bank or ADIT 600
I am forklifting a Merridian option 51c with 112 Nortel Digital Handsets and 400 analog units. For the analog units I have quotes for 9 ADIT 600 48 port fxs units and 17 Rhino 24 port FXS channel banks. I have used neither. Which is the best choice? The price difference is not that great. I am looking at Citelinks 24 port Handset Gateway for the Nortel Digital units. (Any other suggestions

Rsync for Windows on http://www.gaztronics.net/rsync.php
Hi to all on the Rsync mailing list. I noticed some posts back on the 25th September about my Rsync page (http://www.gaztronics.net/rsync.php). There were questions regarding it's suitability, why it was there, etc, and how I did not conform to the GPL. I have since sought advice from the Rsync administrators, who have advised me with regards to the GPL, etc. The page has been updated

[PATCH] drm/nouveau/gr/gf100: Log info message when loading external firmware
In previous versions, it used to log an info message when loading external GR firmware. But that info message was (inadvertently?) removed in commit 18cd5bc. This just adds it back. It's nice for users to be able to confirm whether external firmware was loaded or not. --password-file=<NAMEOFFILE>
I am moving from an anonymous rsync setup to a password protected rsync setup. I have my module involved in the test configured to auth only for one user. The secrets file is working just fine for I have tested it. Before I decided to go with a password protected setup, I had a script that cron ran every night at 2 am. worked like a charm. I added the --password-file=/etc/rsyncd.secrets argument

password file
Ahhh yes silly me. Toying around with it I came to that conclusion. Specifying the secrets file as the source of the password was my problem. I created a file on the local machine and put the password in there just as plain as could be. I made it readable only for root. Then I ran the command and it worked like a charm. Now I am off to figure out a way to make each module log to a different

rsync without a "data pool"
Good day to all. I would like to congradulate you all on a brilliant product. I have been watching this list for some time as I find the topics most informative. I have a carefully crafted question that I would like to ask you guys. But first some info to help give you a better picture. I am using a RH 9.0 box and the latest rsync to backup different servers to an offsite data facility. The

Seperate Log Files Per "Account"
Good day all. I was wondering if the "log file = /path/to/logfile" could be used per module as opposed to being a global parameter. My goal is to have each individual module log to a different file in order to keep customer's transactions seperate. I have tried in the global parameter section "log file = /var/log/rsync/$LOGNAME/rysnc.log" to no avail. Perhaps I should

Asterisk and T38 Fax
How can I get asterisk to work with faxes in my configuration? I have a WAN with Asterisk at the centre and Mediatrix 1104 gateways at the end nodes providing tone to legacy PBX's and fax machines. The Asterisk is connected to the PSTN via a Digium single port t1. The end nodes are connected via frame-relay 128kbps links. I want to use g.729 between the end nodes and the Asterisk box at

Best ATA. Period.
Any opinions on the best ATA? For example, if someone was having a problem and I wanted to rule out any ATA glitches or firmware issues, what device could I give them that I could count on to always be a trouble free top performer that just plain works?
