I want to find the ranges of growth rate of the above data using Mote

Reading an ArcGIS raster file
Dear members,
How can I read and plot an ArcGIS raster file into R ? The file has extension .aux and contains floating point bathymetry data. The purpose is to create a spatial model in R that uses ArcGIS map data. I have managed to read and plot various shape files into my R project, but I am stuck with this now. I am new to this list and also to R, so any help would be much appreciated.

Opinions Please
Although 1.4 is now released, there is one aspect of Shorewall''s design
that I''m still quite unhappy with. It involves two areas:
a) when and when not to create rules to allow inbound traffic on an
interface to be routed back out that same interface.
b) intrazone traffic.
I''m currently running 1.4.0 plus a change that:
a) Allows intrazone traffic unconditionally --

Simple numeric
Regarding the flame, your might be interested in the following:
read.table(myfile, as.is=T)
which will interpret character columns as character rather
than factor and still reads in the numeric columns as numbers.
You can also specify specific columns such as as.is=3:4 if you
want columns 3 and 4 to be character but other character columns
to be factors.

Authenticating the rsync server
Scenario: I have a main website. I want to allow other people with web
servers to use rsync to synchronize mirror copies of my website.
When the mirror website uses rsync to connect to the server, how can it be
sure that the server is not an IP spoofing impostor that is serving up
altered files?

and then to the SER box and finally to the phones.if the phone is busy or
the number is invalid the * box will first send an ALERT message to the
Nortel and say the call is going on

Simple numeric "as.is" question
I am reading a list of numbers from my clipboard, and have been
successful, except I can't make a histogram as R doesn't recognize my
variable as numeric. I know I need to use "as.is", but the specifics
escape me.
I have used x<-read.table("clipboard", header=F) to import from a txt
file. How do make this numeric? Thanks, J.
