I understand that Microsoft, in their wisdom, has a share timeout after 15 minutes of inactivity. This might not seem like a problem, but the mortgage software will default to the local hard drive if it cannot find the share; therefore, writing data to the hard drive and not to the shared data drive. ...each of these separate contexts, would someone at biz-1 be able to pick up a parked call that someone in biz-2 parked? I _don't_ want this to happen -- I'd like to be able to include a different "parkedcalls" context in each business' context, and prevent someone at, say, the mortgage broker's office from picking up a parked call from the collection agency's context. ...bably correct. Take a look at 2.2 beta2. You can choose to require confirmation on external numbers (press 1 to accept, 2 to decline). That way it is not treated as answered.
