...! I am trying to get Master Of Orion II to work with wine. It works fine, until it comes to the second selection screen. The main menu, and even the opening movie runs fine. But on the world selection screen the mouse hangs. The game seems to run thus, because music is played without problems. Moo2 is so far the only program I have installed for wine, and I don't have a native Windows installation on my machine. Moo2 comes with directX 2. ...r of Orion II, and tried to run it. It started OK, but as soon as I moved the mouse, it seemed to hang. My keyboard and mouse stopped working, and the only way I could break out was to hit Ctrl-Alt-Del and log out. I tried this repeatedly, and it happened each time. Has anyone else tried to run MOO2 under FC5? If not, can someone suggest how I might go about debugging this problem? Thanks in advance to all who respond. Leslie
