Monitor asterisk
Hey guys,
I have my asterisk box running without a gui. I now need to monitor usage,
calls, traffic of voice calls on this asterisk server. I cannot now install
a gui because the configs will be wiped out, how can i go about monitoring
all the above?

manager API with no login?
I've been searching around for a while, and haven't found an answer to
this question, so here goes:
Does anyone know if AMI can be configured to allow requests from another
client without having to authenticate first? I would like to be able to
restrict it based on IP address, and not require a login.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!

$250 Asterisk app install bounty
Hi all,
We're trying to make voice and SMS apps easier and more common. We solved
one part of the problem with pay-as-you-go cloud-scale Asterisk hosting, and
now we're trying to make the app setup easier. With a few exceptions, setup
docs are too rare, and they depend on knowing too much about Asterisk. That
complexity deters businesses from integrating phone calls into their

Upgrade 2.2.27 to 2.3.9.2: master(imap): net_connect_unix(imap) failed: Resource temporarily unavailable
..._limit (16) reached, client connections are being dropped
Is this an actual problem? Most client connections are idle, so I doubt if the occasional drop is noticed at all.
Also, why a limit of 16? Have you tried, oh, 160 instead?

Upgrade 2.2.27 to 2.3.9.2: master(imap): net_connect_unix(imap) failed: Resource temporarily unavailable
Hi,
After upgrading Dovecot from version 2.2.27 to 2.3.9.2, we are
sporadically seeing lots of these errors in the error log on many of our
servers:
imap-login: Error: master(imap): net_connect_unix(imap) failed:
Resource temporarily unavailable -

The issue is causing significant delays and/or timeouts on login.
