Fitting and plotting a coxph with survfit, package(surv)
...newdata=data.frame(rx =c(1:2), age=c(60)),
xscale=365.25, xlab = "Years", ylab="Survival"))
I get the survival for patients at 60, but is there an option to get a
survfit for the patients regardless of the value in variable "age"?
Thanks in advance

Survplot, Y-axis in percent
Hi
I am a new fan of R after getting mad with the graphical functional in SPSS.
I have been able to create a nice looking Kaplan Meyer graph using Survplot
function.
However I have difficulties in turning the y axis to percent instead of the
default 0-1 scale.
Further I have tried the function yaxt="n" without any results. Any help in
this matter will be appreciated.
The code is

Any help or reading suggestion in solving this problem would be
appreciated

Royston Parmar adjusted survival curves using flexsurv
...rx+ecog.ps+resid.ds+age, data
= ovarian, k=2, scale="odds")
spl
the code "plot(spl)" produces a red spline which is difficult for me to
interpret. I would like to plot survival based on for example age or rx.
Thanks in advance for your help in this matter
