mod_python - apache crash
one of my developers is using a mod_python module called xml.dom.minidom
and its causing the issue as outlined below
http://www.dscpl.com.au/wiki/ModPython/Articles/ExpatCausingApacheCrash
This is on CentOS 4.5 and so Apache 2.0.52-38 - I cant change the OS

Does anyone know of any fixes to this apart from rolling my own?

Are people using puppet in production?
...host scales. They''re all on the same subnet and sit behind a
firewall. I was thinking about putting puppetmaster on the firewall
and running everything for these machines from there. The hosts all
run FreeBSD 6.1-RELEASE and run quite a complicated set up of apache,
tomcat, java, mysql, modpython, etc. So I guess my question is this:

Can't Display Python
Hi;
Been a while since I had root access to a server and without GUI. I uploaded
and tried to surf to this page:
http://209.216.9.56/global_solutions/index.py?w=1024
but the code is displayed, not executed. Is it that I need to inform Apache
that *.py files are to be interpreted by python? Please advise, and if easy,
tell me what to do.
TIA,
Victro

Needed - a step by step WAMP installation of Rails
I am finding the installation process for Rails a bit confusing. First
of all I want to use:
Windows 2000
Apache 1.3+
MySQL
The above is accomplished with WAMP5 from wampserver.com
The problem is that there is no complete step-by-step for installation
in this enviroment. The wiki instructions hop around from One-click to
Apache.conf and other items. Installing CGI support for languages on
