Complex architecture deployment [new of puppet]

Obviously I''d like to have plugin for crating VM, and to manage to
configure apache to know the IP/names of the appservers to configure
mod_cluster.
App servers to be configured to be one a domain master (using JBoss
7.1) and placed in cluster.
It would be nice to manage all this by a web interface and have a hot
cup of coffee :D
Being able to develop missing things I''d like to know if the "missing"
parts are the most or not...
