Hello, I searched the internet but i didn't find the answer for the next problem: I want to do a glm on a csv file consisting of 25 columns and 4 mln rows. Not all the columns are relevant. My problem is to read the data into R. Manipulate the data and then do a glm. Hi All, I am having an issue with an XFS filesystem shutting down under high load with very many small files. Basically, I have around 3.5 - 4 million files on this filesystem. ...mit on XFS. Due to the fact that I can't get good resources from google search, I tried to reach its limit with a script creating a regular file and create in another dir many hardlinks. Currently I have: -rw-r--r-- 8730476 root root 12 16 lug 12.13 hlink/1 My scripts is trying to reach 20 mln of hardlink so need time to finish but 8730476 of hardlinks is an huge number. ...seemingly legitimate reason for maildirsize to be missing is when vpopmail mailbox is set to NOQUOTA (i.e. no limits). My workaround to this is to use a fallback quota: quota_rule = ?:messages=10000000 That is, if there's no backend limit detected (missing maildirsize) then fallback to 10 mln message count quota. In this case doveadm quota get _does_ recalculate usage and even creates maildirsize file. So, my questions are: 1. Isn't it still better to calculate and show usage even if maildirsize is missing?
